Power Up STL!

The Jam is over, but the party lives on! All of St. Louis is invited to Power Up STL; the first (hopefully annual) St. Louis Game Development Showcase/Art Show!

This is a casual and FREE event where you can play and see some of the videogames created by local game developers, meet developers (both professional and independent), and learn how you can get involved. The game development scene in St. Louis is growing and this is a night to celebrate!

Where:

If you made a game for the GameJam this is your chance to polish it up and show it to a wider audience of people that will actually PLAY it. This event was created largely so that we would have a reason to finish our games and help them find an audience. If you’ve got finished or near-finished games that weren’t part of the GameJam we’d like you to show off those as well.

If you’d like to show a game, please contact either Daniel Eichling or Wes Ehrlichman (wes atmark superwes period com) for information on how to get involved. This is an opportunity to continue to be involved in the community and it’ll hopefully end up being pretty big!

If you’re not going to show off a game but still want to come, show up whenever. The agenda will be light. This is a night to schmooze, drink, hang out, play games, and party. Don’t miss out!

Thanks!
