- Adventure Game Studio – Editor for quick and easy Adventure Game creation. Snow was made in this.
- Inform – A design tool to create worlds of interactive fiction (text adventures)
- Mappy – Easily create tiled maps for use in games.
- Construct – One of the most simple WYSWYG game makers there is. Used to make Glorious Trainwrecks in under 2 hours.
- Graphics Gale – An excellent bitmap sprite editor.
